👋 Welcome! Use the 🎫 Website Change Requests tab above to submit and follow your tickets.

To submit a request:

1. Click the 🎫 Website Change Requests tab.
2. Select New.
3. Fill in:
   • Title – short summary of the change
   • Page / URL – where the change is needed
   • Description of Change – details of what you’d like updated
   • Priority – Low / Normal / High / Urgent
   • Add attachments (optional)
4. Click Save.

✅ Your ticket will appear in the list and will be updated as it moves from New → In-Progress → Completed → Closed.

🔔 A notice will post here automatically when new tickets are submitted so the team stays in the loop.
