Beginning in 2026, UF construction projects will begin transitioning key project cost functions and filing to UF’s Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)’s- Cost Management tool. This change will streamline financial communication, centralize transaction data, and create a single source of truth for all deliverables and financial records. Cost Management workflows will be completed within ACC, and stakeholders will be expected to follow UF standards for input and file organization.
To support you during this transition, we’re hosting webinars to guide you through your role in the ACC-Cost Management tool.

Join this webinar to explore how UF Project Management staff, Architects & Engineers (A/Es), Construction Managers (CMs), and other stakeholders will interact with ACC Cost Management throughout the project lifecycle.
Episode 1: Contracts, Fee Schedules, SOV’s, and Pay Applications – In this episode, we’ll walk through the process of receiving, approving, submitting, and recording Contracts (POs) and Pay Applications.
Topics include:
- Contract creation- general overview of how UF PMs generate and send contracts.
- Contract response- general overview of how CMs and A/Es receive, approve, and submit contracts for approval.
